Governor veto’s weed related legislation

The noxious weed trust fund bill SB 167 (add $10 million to account) that was sent to Governor Gianforte was vetoed.  There was a poll sent to legislators to try and over turn the veto but ultimately, it failed. 

HB 932 that took marijuana money and added it to the WHIP account among other things was signed by the governor.  SB 537 which was almost identical to HB 932 was vetoed.
