It is time once again to start putting together the annual MWCA scenic calendar and we need your photos! We know that many of you travel all over our beautiful state and have taken some great shots with your cell phones. If you are a member of MWCA and you have photos to submit, please email (or mail) your photos to mwca@mtweed.org by May 1, 2025. Photographers whose photo or photos get chosen will receive 25 calendars. We will try to have calendars ready by July 15 in order for counties to have for fairs.
Some tips to remember:
* Photos need to be higher quality resolution, 1- 2 MB is usually safe. Sometimes lower quality photos do work,
so please submit. Cell phones today take good enough quality to make the cut.
* Photos need to be horizonal rather than vertical in format.
* You must be a current member in order for photos to be considered.
* Photos need to be of Montana and primarily scenic in nature. We are NOT looking for noxious weed
photos and photos that are filled with weeds generally do not make the cut, nor do those with a focus on
wildlife, buildings or people.
* If your photos are chosen, we will need the general location including the Montana county it was taken in.
Photos need to be emailed to Becky by May 1, 2025.
