Proposed Rule Change by MT Dept of Ag

The Montana Department of Agriculture is proposing to adopt New Rule I, amend ARM 4.10.101 through 4.10.103, and repeal ARM 4.10.108 pertaining to financial responsibility for pesticide applicators.  You may view the proposal by visiting the MT Secretary of State website at https://sosmt.gov/arm/.  The proposal, MAR Notice No. 4-18-251, is published in 2018 Issue No. 22, pages 2271-2276.  

A public hearing will be held on December 11, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at MDA in Room 225 of the Scott Hart Building (302 N. Roberts. Helena, MT 59601).  Comments will be responded to and incorporated as appropriate.  If this results in substantial changes to the document, another hearing may be held.
