Habitat:

 

 

 

Growth Habit:

 

Perennial forb growing up to 3 feet in height.

 

Leaves:

 

Hairy leaves, deeply lobed (nearly to the base) into three to five segments with each segment
lobed again, giving the whole leaf a rages appearance.

 

Stem:

 

Branched hairy stem.

 

Flower:

 

Glossy yellow flowers, in loose clusters. Flowers are ¾ to 1 inch in diameter with a greenish center.

 

Roots:

 

Thick root stalks with numerous, spreading, course, fibrous, roots.

 

Seeds:
