Montana Pesticide Licensing class

Description:

The course will help participants prepare for the Core Exam (required for all Montana pesticide applicators and administered on Wednesday, May 22, 2013 from 1:15-3:15PM) and the Right of Way, Rangeland, Pasture, and Noncrop Pest (37) or Forest Pest (33) pesticide applicator licensing classification category exams (administered Thursday, May 23, 2013). Licensed participants may earn six recertification credits for course attendance. The course and testing is open to federal, state or county agency employees who apply pesticides for city, county, or state or other government agency to public land or right-of-way, or as a public service.

There is no charge for the class, and if we can get students to sign up by the end of April, the FS will provide students with the required manuals for study.

Please share this information with anyone you think may be interested in participating.  We are capping the course at 24 participants, but to date we do not have enough students to justify holding the course.  We will cut off registration April 30, 2013 (an extension from the April 12 date mentioned in the attached agenda).
