Looking Back...

Dear MWCA Annual Conference Attendees, thank you for your support of our organization in attending our annual conference. Attached is a brief evaluation form for the 2009 Annual Conference held in Billings this past January. Please note that we understand there were many issues with the hotel and we have been addressing them not only with the Crowne Plaza, but also with the Missoula Garden Hilton (location of the 2010 Annual Conference) to ensure the issues we had to deal with in Billings will not happen again. If you wish to comment on the hotel or its services, please go to to the Crowne Plaza Hotel Customer Service page and let them know about your experience.  This evaluation form is strictly for our use in planning next year's event.  Also, if you are interested in serving on the planning committee for next year's conference, please let me know and I'd be more than happy to add you to our planning work group.
